Dr. Lizzette and Dr. Chenjerai are kind, compassionate, skillful and efficient. They diagnosed and treated our rescued kittens to full recovery after a very distressing start elsewhere. We got regular updates from staff throughout the kittens’ stay at the clinic. Ms. Shanika at Reception is professional, helpful and friendly. We took another rescued kitty to the clinic and had a seamless experience with the health check and will be returning to get vaccinations, etc sorted out once the kitty settles in. I had to leave to my home country on a sudden medical emergency and I boarded my cat with Pets Oasis for that time. The team was very welcoming from the start, answering all my concerns and questions, letting me see the place, being polite and considerate. I was concerned that my cat would be anxious there but they took care of him really well. I even had to extend my leave on short notice, which they were accommodating of. I had an excellent experience with Pets Oasis and couldn't be happier with the grooming service they provided for my cat, Lucy. The team was professional, caring, and clearly passionate about animals. They handled Lucy with great patience and attention, making sure she was comfortable throughout the entire process. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-groomed. It's clear that the staff take pride in their work and genuinely care about the pets entrusted to them.
