Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 13/10/2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of petsoasisabudhabi.ae and to every service provided by Pets Oasis, a veterinary clinic in Al Muroor, Abu Dhabi. They cover visits to the clinic and store, appointment requests and the use of our website. By using the website or booking any service with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or our services.

1: Our Services

Pets Oasis provides:

  • Veterinary care, including check-ups, vaccination, deworming, microchipping, dental care, dermatology, surgery, spaying and neutering, laboratory testing, orthopedic and eye care, avian care and emergency treatment
  • Grooming for pets, including dogs and cats
  • Boarding for dogs, cats and small animals
  • Pet relocation, covering documentation, transport arrangements and arrival support
  • House visits, offered on days set by the clinic
  • A pet store selling food, accessories, toys, bedding, training equipment, supplements and health products

Availability varies by service, and the team will confirm what applies to your pet when you contact us.

2: Appointments

You can request an appointment through our website, by phone, on WhatsApp or in person. Submitting a request does not confirm a time slot. An appointment is confirmed once our team has agreed the details with you. Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Please arrive on time, and let us know in advance if you need to reschedule so that the slot can be offered to another client.

3: Emergencies

Pets in an emergency can be brought to the clinic without an appointment. Calling ahead helps our team prepare for your arrival. Emergency cases are seen in order of medical urgency, so the wait can differ depending on the cases already being treated.

Information on our website or in our messages does not replace an examination by a veterinarian and should not be relied upon to diagnose or treat an animal in distress.

4: Owner Responsibilities

When you bring in a pet or arrange a service, you confirm that you own the animal or have the owner’s authority to act. You are responsible for:

  • Giving us complete and truthful information about your pet’s health, history, medication, behaviour and vaccinations
  • Warning us about anything that may affect safe handling, such as nervousness, biting or scratching
  • Keeping your contact details current and staying reachable while your pet is with us
  • Following the advice, medication instructions and follow-up recommendations our veterinarians provide

Missing or incorrect information can affect diagnosis, treatment and safety, and we cannot take responsibility for outcomes that result from it.

5: Examination, Treatment and Consent

Our veterinarians use professional judgement in examining your pet and recommending tests or treatment. For surgery, anaesthesia or any significant procedure, we will explain what is proposed and ask for your agreement before going ahead.

In an emergency where delay could put a pet’s life or welfare at risk and we are unable to reach you, our veterinarians may carry out the care they consider necessary to stabilise the animal. The cost of that care remains your responsibility.

6: No Guarantee of Results

Animals respond differently to illness, medication, anaesthesia and surgery, and no clinic can fully control the outcome. We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee a specific result, recovery or cure, and we are not responsible for outcomes that stem from the condition itself.

7: Fees and Payment

The cost of a service depends on the examination, tests, treatment, medication and time involved. Any estimate we give reflects what is known when it is made and may change if your pet’s needs change. Where additional tests or treatment become necessary, we will tell you before proceeding wherever that is reasonably possible.

Prices, packages and offers are subject to change. Payment methods and timing will be explained to you at the time of service, and payment must be made as agreed before your pet is released.

8: Boarding

Boarding is available for dogs, cats, and small animals. To protect every animal in our care, boarding pets must meet our health requirements, which are:

  • Up-to-date vaccinations, as required for the species. For dogs, these include core vaccines, Bordetella, and rabies, with parasite treatment completed in the past 30 days. For cats, these include FVRCP and rabies, with flea treatment completed before arrival.
  • An implanted microchip
  • A valid vaccination record presented at check-in

If your pet is not up to date, our veterinary team can administer what is needed before the stay, provided you allow enough time. Please book as early as possible, especially around UAE holidays and school breaks.

When you check your pet in, please provide feeding instructions, any medication with clear dosage directions, and an emergency contact. Pets with health conditions or special needs are welcome, but we must be told in advance.

Because our clinic is on site, we may arrange veterinary attention for a boarded pet if we judge it necessary, and the cost of that care is your responsibility. If you do not collect your pet on the agreed date and we cannot reach you, we may take reasonable steps to look after its welfare, and extra boarding charges may apply.

9: Grooming

Please tell us about skin conditions, allergies, injuries, matting and any behaviour that could affect a grooming session. If a pet becomes distressed or unwell, or behaves aggressively, the groomer may pause the session, change the plan or stop, and we may recommend a veterinary check. Coat condition can limit what style is safely possible, so the final result may differ from what you had in mind.

10: Pet Relocation

Relocating a pet involves documentation, health requirements and travel arrangements that vary by destination. We help with the process, which includes consultation, preparing documents such as health certificates, vaccination records and permits, planning travel and coordinating with partner transporters, airlines and customs agencies. Microchipping is a requirement for relocation.

Costs depend on factors such as the destination, travel time, regulations and paperwork, and we provide an estimate once these are known. You must supply accurate travel details and allow enough time to meet the requirements. We cannot be held responsible for delays, refusals, additional costs or changes that result from the decisions of authorities, airlines or other carriers, or from events outside our reasonable control.

11: House Visits

Where a house visit is offered, it is arranged at the clinic’s discretion and depends on the day, the location, and whether your pet’s needs can be met safely outside the clinic. Some conditions require facilities available only at the clinic, and in those cases we may ask you to bring your pet in.

12: Pet Store

Purchases from our store are made in person at the clinic. Products are sold subject to availability, and prices may change without notice. Please check that a product suits your pet’s age, size and health, and ask our team if you are unsure. If your pet has a medical condition or special dietary need, we recommend speaking to a veterinarian before using a product.

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so that we can look into it. Whether an item can be exchanged or refunded depends on its nature and condition. Nothing in these terms limits any right you hold under UAE consumer protection law.

13: Cancellations and Changes

Please inform us as early as you can if you need to cancel or change an appointment, boarding stay or relocation arrangement. Where we have already reserved space, prepared documents or incurred costs on your behalf, charges may apply for what has been done. Any conditions that apply will be explained when the booking is made.

14: Limits on Our Responsibility

We provide our services and maintain this website with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, Pets Oasis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage that results from information not disclosed to us, instructions not followed, the natural course of an illness, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.

15: Use of the Website

You agree to use petsoasisabudhabi.ae lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or with other visitors’ use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or submit false or harmful information through our forms. The content of the website is provided for general information, and we do not guarantee that it is always complete or current.

17: Third-Party Platforms and Links

18: Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including details about you and your pet, and it forms part of these terms.

19: Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates take effect once published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will show when the current version applies. If you continue to use the website or our services after an update, you accept the revised terms.
